What’s new in Positrak Pro 2071

1. Added Recurring Transaction feature. This can be run manually or can be automatic with the end of month procedure. The purpose of this is for recurring monthly charges for rentals.
2. Added option to remove List Price from the invoice and invoice summary report. Set the account List Factor to zero.
3. New Saved Reports.
   a. Added Saved Report to export a customer price file.
   b. Added Saved Report for WHI eBay Feed.
4. New Reports and Improvements.
   a. Added filter prompt for various parameters to both Account and Line Sales Analysis reports from Reports menu.
   b. Added Price Breaks Report (Price Updating Menu).
   c. Added On Hold Report to Reports Menu.
5. Added simple Listener Queue to see what incoming B2B orders have not printed yet. POS > Invoice Options > #10.
6. Added new rounding options on price updates: 95s, 97s, 98s, and 5s/0s.
7. Added an employee security role and logging for Delete Parts to help prevent unwanted deletions.
8. Added timestamp to Warehouse Returns export filename.
9. Added “email only” checkbox option on print statements form for reprinting and/or re-emailing statements.

1. Added Core/Ext Core to PO printout (for “Regular PO” only).
2. Added cancellation warning on Create Warehouse Returns form.
3. Added new default delivery codes for Fisher stock check orders.
4. Modified the “Saved Ticket Check” when searching an account at POS to filter by location.
5. Line item sequence added to invoicing. Double click to edit first, then items can be resequenced with up/down buttons.

1. Fixed ROA screens not to error out on factoring discount when total payment is not a number (i.e. backspaced out).
2. Fixed issue that allowed you to supersede a part to the same number.
3. Significantly improved hold ticket load speed.
4. Fixed issues with using “Manual Name” on invoice.
5. Increased protections against double EOD/EOM. Employee pin now required when forcing double month-end close and is now logged.
6. Fixed AR Form to properly use account alias when searching accounts.
