Updated integrated credit card processing features:
- Added support for Cards on File through Blockchyp.
- Beginning to add support for automatic credit card surcharges through Blockchyp.
- Other various improvements including more admin management.
Initial release of the all-new Positrak Catalog:
- New catalog screen can be enabled in Preferences > Catalog Preferences.
- Powersports/off-road catalog is now available.
- Detailed history is now saved with not only the vehicle itself, but parts looked up for that vehicle.
Added an integrated “switcher” option in place of the previous “Positrak Switch” application, for multiple store configuration.
Additional improvements and support for integrated cash drawers.
Added email option to many “saved reports” that did not previously email.
Multiple month-end changes to archive data:
- AR Aging report is now archived for easier retrieval for past months.
- Statements are now archived and able to reprint from there, including pay-by-invoice accounts, making it easier to retrieve previous statements.
For multi-store configurations, added a bulk transfer option with the Part List Utility.
Other minor improvements:
- Added store/site name to the Monthly Tax Report.
- Added ability to email the Review Charge Transactions report.
- Added SFTP option for purchase orders transmitting, for use when required.
