Modifying User Preferences requires an administrator’s login. If you need help getting into Preferences, please call Positrak Support for assistance.
From the Main Menu, choose #7 – Preferences. Your pin will be required.
Once you’re in the Preferences Menu, you can browse and modify the available user options. A main menu exists on the left that allows you to choose a Preference group (like POS, End of Day, etc).
The most common user options will be on the first screen that displays. Some of the most common options include:
#9 – Cataloging Preferences
#10 – Point of Sale Preferences
NOTE: Some changes do require you to close & restart the program to accept the changes.
